Project Manager - Multi-Family - Greater Boston
We are partnering with a rapidly growing construction management firm seeking a Project Manager to oversee multifamily and condominium projects from start to finish. Description
- Lead multifamily and condo construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong, trust‑based relationships
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, projections, and project accounting (including owner invoicing)
- Oversee schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and overall project execution
- Collaborate closely with leadership including the Owner, Project Executive, and field teams
- Work with Procore and Bluebeam to track documentation, drawings, RFI/submittal processes, and project progress
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery
- Contribute to a small but high-performing team where you will be the sole PM on your project
Profile
- Experience running construction projects from start to finish (multifamily experience a plus, not required)
- Strong confidence, and client-facing communication skills
- Adaptability and a solid grasp of core PM fundamentals
- Background with project accounting, budgeting, projections, and owner-level invoicing
- Preference for candidates coming from small-mid sized GC environments (large GC backgrounds do not translate as well)
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam
