Description

• Lead multifamily and condo construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong, trust‑based relationships
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, projections, and project accounting (including owner invoicing)
• Oversee schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and overall project execution
• Collaborate closely with leadership including the Owner, Project Executive, and field teams
• Work with Procore and Bluebeam to track documentation, drawings, RFI/submittal processes, and project progress
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery
• Contribute to a small but high-performing team where you will be the sole PM on your project

Profile

• Experience running construction projects from start to finish (multifamily experience a plus, not required)
• Strong confidence, and client-facing communication skills
• Adaptability and a solid grasp of core PM fundamentals
• Background with project accounting, budgeting, projections, and owner-level invoicing
• Preference for candidates coming from small-mid sized GC environments (large GC backgrounds do not translate as well)
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam
