Field Sales Manager
The Sales Market Manager will oversee and drives sales strategies for the region. Will be responsible for identifying new retailer opportunities, servicing existing accounts and establishing relationships with key retailers in the territory.

Description
- Drive sales performance to achieve annual sales and goals. Track sales metrics, monitor and analyze results. Ensure the regions sales efforts align with the company's brand values and standards.
- Visit retailers in territory to present line of products (models, colorways, upcoming new/seasonal product offerings, etc), execute product educations/trainings with store staff as well as sell in and set up marketing materials and displays
- Work with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing teams, finance) to ensure communication to retailers is accurate and on brand (colorway offerings, pricing, digital/social assets and in store marketing collateral).
- Work in B2B software to manage all aspects of customer relationships (placing orders, managing inventories and catalogs, tracking orders/shipments, etc)

Profile
- 3+ Years of experience successfully demonstrating sales leadership acumen in a fast-paced business environment is required.
- Experience in the footwear/apparel industry and relationships with retailers in territory a plus
- Experience working in B2B software
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Strong presentation and planning skills
- Team player willing to work in fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel within the territory
