Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team and oversee multiple projects, primarily in the Affordable Housing and Multifamily sectors. As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of two key projects: A $25M Affordable Housing Build located in Chelsea : A project based in Salem, MA.

Description

Superintendent - Affordable Housing - Salem, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality work and timely project delivery.
• Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and critical path schedules using Procore and P6 software.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all local regulations and industry standards.
• Provide on-site leadership and direction to the project team.
• Ensure that the project progresses according to plans, managing resources effectively and resolving any issues promptly.
• Provide detailed and regular project updates to upper management.

Profile

Superintendent - Affordable Housing - Salem, MA - Will have

• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role, with a strong background in ground-up construction and renovations.
• Project Background: Experience with multifamily, affordable housing, and similar residential construction projects, ideally valued up to $35M.
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, BIM/VDC technologies.
• Certifications: Massachusetts CSL (Construction Supervisors License) preferred.
• Location: Must be able to travel to project sites in Chelsea and Salem, MA.
