Description

• Lead all field operations on a $50M+ wood-framed, steel podium multifamily project in Warwick, RI
• Manage and mentor a team of 6 superintendents to ensure project success
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination to maintain timelines and budgets
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality control
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and ownership to resolve issues proactively
• Drive the project from ground breaking through completion with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large wood-framed multifamily projects ($30M+)
• Strong leadership skills
• Holds a MA CSL license and OSHA certification
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to drive collaboration and results
• Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
