Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Projects Up to $80M in RI
This is a rare opportunity to lead a $50M+ multifamily project in Warwick, RI as the driving force on-site, managing a team of experienced supers and overseeing all phases of construction. Description
- Lead all field operations on a $50M+ wood-framed, steel podium multifamily project in Warwick, RI
- Manage and mentor a team of 6 superintendents to ensure project success
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination to maintain timelines and budgets
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality control
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and ownership to resolve issues proactively
- Drive the project from ground breaking through completion with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction

Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large wood-framed multifamily projects ($30M+)
- Strong leadership skills
- Holds a MA CSL license and OSHA certification
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to drive collaboration and results
- Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
