Manager of Sales Operations and Communication
The Manager of Sales Operations and Communication will oversee sales processes and communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

Description
- Develop and manage sales operation strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain departments to align sales and operational goals.
- Oversee internal communication processes to ensure accurate and timely information sharing across teams.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within the sales operations framework.

Profile
A successful Manager of Sales Operations and Communication should have:
- A degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
- Proficiency in using sales and supply chain management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry is a plus.
