Director of Tax - Hospitality - NYC
Excellent Director of Tax opportunity at a growing hospitality group based in NYC, that has created some of New York's most popular restaurants, bars, and cafes.
Client Details
My client is a well-known hospitality group based in NYC. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team who goes into the office 2-3 days per week.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate tax compliance and provision
- Tax strategy
- Tax planning
- Tax reporting
- Risk management and advisory
Profile
- 8-10 years of relevant tax experience (corporate tax compliance and provision)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA, JD, or other relevant tax certification a must
- Strong understanding of tax law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with tax accounting software and financial systems
- Great project management skills
