Description

The Project Manager - Under $50M Construction Renovation - DC Metro will be responsible for:

• Overseeing project planning, execution, and completion to meet organizational goals.
• Defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitating communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged.
• Creating detailed project plans that encompass schedules, budgets, and resource management.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Conducting thorough quality control to ensure deliverables meet standards and specifications.
• Holding regular status meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering high client satisfaction

Profile

The Project Manager - Under $50M Construction Renovation - DC Metro will have:
