Description

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager :

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing healthcare and commercial projects.
• Handle project-related tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and scope management.
• Utilize Procore for project management.
• Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure timely completion of work.

Profile

The Successful Assistant Project Manager:

• 2-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in healthcare or commercial sectors.
• Strong familiarity with Procore is required.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
