Description

The Project Manager - Mechanical Scope - Gainesville, VA will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing 4-5 mechanical projects with a total value exceeding $20M.
• Leading project teams to ensure timely execution while adhering to scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Monitoring financials, tracking progress, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

Profile

The Project Manager - Mechanical Scope - Gainesville, VA will have:

• Over five years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
