Construction Project Manager - Student Housing Projects

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll collaborate with internal development teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with development and design teams to align construction goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Foster strong relationships with repeat clients and project stakeholders
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management
• Proven track record in multifamily, student housing, or affordable housing projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with developers or in integrated GC/Developer environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
