The Real Estate Transactions Associate (Mid-Level, 5th-8th year) will play a key role in providing high-quality real estate transactions legal services to a wide range of clients in New York and across the US. This hybrid permanent position in New York City offers the opportunity to work directly with Partners on varied, challenging real estate transactions projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Description
As Mid-Level Real Estate Transactions Associate, varied responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on real estate transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, leases, joint ventures, developments and financing.
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and manage risk assessment for real estate matters.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Contribute to team development by mentoring Junior Associates and sharing expertise.

Candidates must be based in New York/ Tri-State area, able to work from the Midtown office 4 days per week, and have US work authorization now and indefinitely.

Profile
The successful Real Estate Transactions Mid-Level Associate will have demonstrable experience/ skills:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership preferably in New York (or ability to be sworn in).
- 5-8 years relevant real estate transactions experience within big law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, including transaction - drafting and negotiating.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Job Offer
The Real Estate Transactions Associate (Mid-Level) will benefit from:
- Competitive salary in the range of $365,000 to $435,000 annually, depending on relevant experience.
