Sr Project Manager - MEP - Washington DC
This role leads complex, MEP‑heavy renovation and energy‑efficiency projects in Washington, DC, with primary responsibility for managing a major local site and occasional travel to additional project locations. It's a hands‑on position where you'll oversee technical upgrades, coordinate closely with engineering teams, and drive high‑impact building modernization efforts

Description
- Lead complex MEP‑heavy renovation and retrofit projects, with a primary focus on a major Washington, DC site

Profile
* Strong background in commercial construction
* Deep technical expertise in MEP systems, HVAC upgrades, controls, and automated building systems
* Experience with renovations, retrofits, and occupied‑facility upgrades
* Candidates from mechanical subcontractors are welcome
* Engineering degree strongly preferred and typically guarantees an interview
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with a high level of technical rigor
* Must be based in the DMV area or willing to relocate
