My client is based in Oklahoma City, OK and are a nationally recognized Multifamily general contractor currently searching for a Superintendent for several large projects in the local market. They primarily serve the Multifamily space but work in commercial construction as well. Bringing in nearly $150M in yearly revenue, my client offers career progression to Executive level. Description

The ideal Superitendentr will:

• Oversee, manage, and actively participate in assigned project activities to achieve objectives within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Analyze product designs to ensure adherence to engineering principles, company standards, client requirements, and applicable drawings and specifications.
• Review construction specifications and establish procedures based on project start and completion dates, as well as staffing needs for each phase.
• Develop and approve job forecasts to support effective project management.
• Examine project specifications to ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with all requirements and standards.
• Assess proposals and contracts to ensure alignment with client and designer needs, as well as compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Build, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Drive project profitability by managing start-up processes, tracking budgets, updating schedules, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Handle all aspects of owner billing and collaborate closely with accounting. Accurately report monthly cash flow in a timely manner

Profile

• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is required
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Procore, Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project.
• Must have wood frame ground-up Multifamily project experience
• Must be skilled at a variety of pre-construction work, such as planning, design and constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, and conceptual estimating.
• Must be client facing
• Must have strong communication and organization skills
• Garden style multifamily is a requirement
