As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in supporting plastic injection molding operations. Description

The Process Technician will:

• Assist in developing and optimizing molding processes for quality and efficiency.
• Learn to qualify new molds and machines under supervision.
• Support documentation and training methods for process improvements.
• Aid in assigning mold/machine combinations and maintaining process windows.
• Observe and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during production.
• Learn to interpret technical documents and follow detailed instructions.
• Participate in team communication and collaborate on process changes.

Profile

A successful Process Technician should have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years operating plastic injection molding machines.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills in molding and processing.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply basic math/algebra concepts.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
