Process Technician - Manufacturing - Manchester, NH
As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in supporting plastic injection molding operations. This position involves learning and applying process optimization techniques, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards. You will work closely with experienced technicians to develop your technical expertise and contribute to production efficiency.

Description
The Process Technician will:
- Assist in developing and optimizing molding processes for quality and efficiency.
- Learn to qualify new molds and machines under supervision.
- Support documentation and training methods for process improvements.
- Aid in assigning mold/machine combinations and maintaining process windows.
- Observe and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during production.
- Learn to interpret technical documents and follow detailed instructions.
- Participate in team communication and collaborate on process changes.
Profile
A successful Process Technician should have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years operating plastic injection molding machines.
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills in molding and processing.
- Ability to read blueprints and apply basic math/algebra concepts.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
