Description

As a High-End Residential Sr. Project Manager, Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing high-end residential projects from inception to completion, both on-site and in the office.
• Collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and swiftly adapting to changes to ensure project success.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Profile

The High-End Residential Sr. Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• Proven track record as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction, with [5+] years of experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

The High-End Residential Project Manager will receive:
