Description
As a High-End Residential Sr. Project Manager, Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing high-end residential projects from inception to completion, both on-site and in the office.
- Collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and swiftly adapting to changes to ensure project success.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Profile
The High-End Residential Sr. Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction, with [5+] years of experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration among stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Job Offer
The High-End Residential Project Manager will receive:
Base Salary: Your annual base salary of up to $145,000 reflects your skills, experience, and the valuable contributions we anticipate you will bring to our team.
