Superintendent - Hartford
This role offers the opportunity to oversee the full life cycle of commercial ground-up construction projects throughout the Hartford area. You'll lead site operations from mobilization to final inspection, ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and delivery timelines are met.

Description
Manage all field activities on-site, from site prep to turnover
Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules daily
Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA compliance
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
Profile
5-10 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and local building codes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable leading site logistics and resolving on-site issues proactively
