Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Bohemia, NY
Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established and reputable general contractor based in Bohemia, NY.

Description
- Oversee and manage diverse construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and demolitions.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
- Lead job site visits as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain strong communication and foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Experience with the Long Island Railroad is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Highly organized.
- Stable work history with a proven track record of successful project completion.
- Experience with projects in hotels, churches, hospitals, industrial facilities, retail, and similar sectors.
