Description

• Oversee and manage diverse construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and demolitions.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Lead job site visits as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong communication and foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience with the Long Island Railroad is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Highly organized.
• Stable work history with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• Experience with projects in hotels, churches, hospitals, industrial facilities, retail, and similar sectors.
