Our client is a local general contractor that focuses on Class A Office Tenant Improvement projects in the Los Angeles area. They have been around for 20+ years and value their employees work/ life balance. Besides investing in their employees; they are looking to heavily invest in the Los Angeles area as the market continues to succeed.
Description
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of Superintendents on 5-6 sites
- Inspect the work and operation of contractors/subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved on the project: owner, architect, engineer, subs
- Develop and implement schedules and site logistics plans with Project Manager
- Carry-out quality inspections
- Monitor costs
- Communicate and enforce safety regulations
Profile
- 5+ years of tenure with a general contractor
- 6+ years of experience within the construction industry
- Have specific experience as a superintendent running quick-turnover Class A office successful projects
- Have a proven track record managing multiple superintendents and sites
- A great positive attitude and strong management ability
