Director of Accounting
The Director of Accounting will oversee multiple locations, manage a team, and serve as the main contact between accounting & operations, ensuring high-quality stakeholder support and regional compliance.

Description
- Lead audits and ensure regional compliance
- Oversee accounting operations and monthly close
- Manage and develop an Accounting Manager and their team
- Provide hands-on support for reporting, analysis, and compliance deliverables
- Partner with operational leaders to align on financial processes and expectations
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, coaching non-finance teams on accounting practices
Profile
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- Management experience of at least 1-2 direct reports- must have managed other people managers or senior staff
- Must be deep in GL, month-end, audit, controls, compliance
- Clear, concise communicator who can bridge the gap between accounting and non-finance ops leaders
- Problem-solving & growth mindset
- CPA with Public & Private mix ideal
