Description

• Design, develop, and optimize stamping processes for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Profile

A successful Senior Stamping Engineer should have:

• A strong background in engineering and manufacturing.
• A Minimum of 5-10+ years of Stamping experience.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing stamping processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• CAD/CAM experience
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Leadership or Mentorship experience is a big plus!
