We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in the property industry. This role focuses on analyzing construction project costs and preparing accurate estimates to support successful project completion.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
• Research and procure pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review and update project estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations during the estimation process.
• Maintain clear and organized records of all estimates and related documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
