Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Residential - Framingham

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager with at least 2+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction. This role supports the Project Manager on luxury residential projects and offers a clear path for growth within a well-established, passionate team.

Description

• Support the PM in managing high-end residential projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities
• Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Assist with procurement and material management
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation
• Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track

Profile

• 2+ years of experience as an APM in high-end custom residential construction
• Background in projects $1M+ (luxury homes preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office
• Local to Southborough, MA or commutable distance (no remote/hybrid)
