Assistant Project Manager

We are a well-established and respected general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects across Florida. From office buildings and retail centers to municipal and mixed-use developments, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and long-term value for our clients. We're currently looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.

Client Details

As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you'll work closely with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and clients to support all phases of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of construction experience who's looking to grow with a reputable company.

Description

• Assist in managing project documentation, schedules, and subcontractor coordination

• Support the PM in tracking project budgets, change orders, and RFIs

• Attend project meetings and maintain communication with all stakeholders

• Help ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on-site

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments

Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)

• Eager to grow into a full Project Manager role
