Multifamily Construction Senior Project Manager

As a Multifamily Construction Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of modular construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of modular construction projects.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and site staff.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong preference for modular construction experience.

• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).

• PMP certification or LEED accreditation is a plus.
