VP of Sales

The VP of Sales will lead sales strategies and initiatives, driving growth and business development within the residential fenestration industry. This position is based in the Greater NYC Area and focuses on achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships.

Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential windows and doors industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects in the New York Area to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.

Profile

A successful VP of Sales should have:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within fenestration (windows and doors).
  • Experience bringing on new high-end residential accounts in the New York City Area.
  • Proven track record selling to architects in the region.
  • Strong skills in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • The ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
