Project Manager - Federal and Government Projects

- Markets Served: Federal and Government work up to $60M

Description
- Manage construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Ideally experience with Federal and Government Contracting
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
