Vice President of Resident Experience, Property Management
The Vice President of Resident Experience will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement within the luxury residential space, as part of the executive property management team. This role requires a results-driven individual who can manage multiple initiatives and drive exceptional service standards.

Description
- Develop and oversee resident engagement programs to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Analyze resident feedback and implement data-driven improvements to operations.
- Lead the training and development of staff to enhance resident-focused services.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to resident experience.
- Partner with marketing and communication teams to promote resident engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
- Report directly to executive leadership on program effectiveness and areas of opportunity.

Profile
A successful Vice President of Resident Experience should have:
- Ultra luxury residential property experience is essential for this role!
- A degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
