Superintendent - Waste and Waste Water

My client is actively hiring for a Superintendent with experience in Water, Waste Water treatment plants, pump stations in the municipal and/or private sector. Description

• Manage subcontractors and direct field labor on-site.
• Oversee on-site logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and control project budgets effectively.
• Interpret and apply plans, specifications, and shop drawings accurately.
• Prepare and submit field Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Create and manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities.
• Implement strategies to maintain schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Work under demanding deadlines while ensuring successful project completion.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 10+ years experience as a Field Superintendent
• Extensive experience in construction of waste and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations in municipal and/or private sector
• Hold High School or trade school degree
• Valid Driver's License and driving record
• Holds OSHA 30
• Experience with maintaining quality and quality assurance
• Proficient in Procore, MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills
