We are currently partnered up with a Medium Sized Manufacturing Company in their search to add a Quality Manager to their plant located near Concord, NH. This role will report into the Plant Manager and will oversee a small team of quality engineers & inspectors. Description

The Quality Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Hands on - on the manufacturing / production floor
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
• Manage the Quality team
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and advancements to ensure best practices in quality management.

Profile

The ideal Quality Manager - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience in Quality and 3+ years of experience in people management
• Extensive experience in manufacturing process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Extensive experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry, preferably in aerospace or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve measurable results in enhancing product quality.
• Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to maintain a cutting-edge approach to quality management.

Job Offer

The successful Quality Manager - Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following:

• Base Salary of $110,000-$140,000 depending on experience
• Bonus of 10-12%
