Description
The (Remote) - Senior Project Manager - Affordable Housing will be responsible for:
- Managing the planning, execution, and completion of academic and commercial construction projects.
- Developing project timelines, budgets, and detailed work plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinating and communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to maintain project alignment.
- Monitoring and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Overseeing procurement and management of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Profile
The (Remote) - Senior Project Manager - Affordable Housing should have:
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience working on DCAMM/Affordable housing projects up to $50M+
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps)
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
Job Offer
(Remote) - Senior Project Manager - Affordable Housing may receive:
- Base compensation up to $200k (depending on previous experience)
