Description

The (Remote) - Senior Project Manager - Affordable Housing will be responsible for:

• Managing the planning, execution, and completion of academic and commercial construction projects.
• Developing project timelines, budgets, and detailed work plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinating and communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to maintain project alignment.
• Monitoring and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
• Overseeing procurement and management of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Profile

The (Remote) - Senior Project Manager - Affordable Housing should have:

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Experience working on DCAMM/Affordable housing projects up to $50M+
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps)
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
