US Market Access Head - Hospital-Based Antibiotics
The US Market Access Head - Hospital-Based Antibiotics will build and drive market access strategy in the US for hospital-based antibiotics, including pricing, reimbursement, and formulary positioning. It requires forging strong relationships with payers, PBMs, GPOs, and hospital systems to secure favorable access while developing innovative contracting and compliance-aligned solutions.

Description
- Develop and execute US market access strategies for hospital-based antibiotics, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and formulary positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, PBMs, GPOs, and hospital systems to secure favorable coverage and contracting terms.
- Head pricing and reimbursement initiatives, including value-based contracting and innovative payment models aligned with payer needs.
- Assess market trends, payer policies, and industry landscapes to inform strategic choices and identify access opportunities.
- Advocate for policies facilitating antibiotic access and stewardship, addressing barriers such as antimicrobial resistance and hospital budget constraints.
- Build, manage and mentor a market access team, ensuring compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations and driving cross-functional alignment with commercial goals.

Profile
A successful US Head, Market Access should have:
- Proven expertise in U.S. market access for hospital-based antibiotics or infectious disease products.
- Track record of negotiating payer contracts and securing favorable formulary placement.
- Experience with value-based contracting and outcomes-based reimbursement models.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Knowledge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and antibiotic stewardship programs.
- Previous experience managing market access teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
Job Offer
- Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $325,000 USD annually.
