Description

• Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely delivery of medical devices.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior leadership.

Profile

A successful Production Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of production management experience in medical device or regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and ERP systems.
