Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multifamily developments, aligning scope, schedule, and budget from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to meet key milestones.
• Prepare, track, and control project budgets, negotiate contracts, and approve pay applications and change orders.
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards across all phases of construction.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, resolve field issues, and enforce workmanship standards.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and financial performance to ownership, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty management.

Profile

• 7+ years of construction industry experience
• Track record of running large-scale multifamily projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent subcontract relationship skills
• Passion for construction
