Construction Manager - Fully Integrated Developer

The client is a highly respected multfamily developer that serves as both general contractor and manager of all their properties. Operating as a fully-integrated across multiple states, they provide both exceptional stability and growth potential to prospective employees.
Description
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multifamily developments, aligning scope, schedule, and budget from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to meet key milestones.
- Prepare, track, and control project budgets, negotiate contracts, and approve pay applications and change orders.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards across all phases of construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, resolve field issues, and enforce workmanship standards.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and financial performance to ownership, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead project closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty management.
Profile
- 7+ years of construction industry experience
- Track record of running large-scale multifamily projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent subcontract relationship skills
- Passion for construction
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $100000 to $130000 USD annually.
