The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Assisting with subcontractor and supplier buyouts, procurement, and contract management.
- Managing submittals, RFIs, and change orders while tracking costs and approvals.
- Supporting project closeout and ensuring all documentation requirements are met.
- Evaluating RFPs, soliciting competitive pricing, and overseeing material procurement.
- Collaborating with the project management team to resolve issues and keep schedules and budgets on track.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager will have:
- 3+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience with public projects
- Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities
- Have strong tenure at past firms you have been employed with
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Experience with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares
