Legal Secretary
This role will be responsible for providing dedicated administrative support to two attorneys, managing document preparation, client correspondence, calendar coordination, and estate planning materials. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a legal environment, with occasional overtime as needed.

Description
- Provide administrative support to two attorneys
- Draft estate planning documents (e.g., Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorizations)
- Prepare, send, and manage client correspondence via FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
- Maintain and organize client document files
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare client post-execution binders
- Witness or notarize client document signings
- Enter attorney time and assist with general document processing
- Be available for occasional overtime
Profile
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective multitasker with solid time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and legal tools such as iManage, Aderant, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis (or open to
- learning)
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and comfortable supporting multiple attorneys
Job Offer
- Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
- Competitive benefits package
- Eligibility for overtime pay (non-exempt position)
- 25 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually
- 35-hour work week with occasional overtime as needed
