Project Manager - East Longemeadow, MA
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in managing resources, schedules, and stakeholders in the property and construction industry.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among team members.
