Electronics Manufacturing - Process Engineer - Sanford, FL
My client is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for electronic components and assemblies. This role is critical in ensuring robust production methods, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate production processes using Design of Experiments (DOE) and industry best practices.
- Transfer new technologies from engineering to manufacturing, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and work instructions.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred); familiarity with CAM software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
