Description
- Consulting owner on project feasibility and delivery methods
- Leading weekly owner meetings with all stakeholders
- Assisting preconstruction efforts with Precon team Assist in project buyout
- Work closely with subcontractors/designers/engineers/inspectors/city officials
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Lead project teams
- Travel as needed to construction site (MAXIMUM A FEW DAYS A MONTH)
- Participate in project closeout
Profile
- 5-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
- Ideally prior experience in multifamily renovation and ground up construction
- Proven experience managing cradle-to-grave construction process
- Estimating experience a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- potential to grow into leadership roles
- Strong presentation and communication
- Go-getter and entrepreneurial attitude
Job Offer
