On-Site Project Manager - Luxury Homes
The Project Manager is responsible for taking the project from inception including doing some take-offs and estimates through construction and obtaining CO.
Client Details
General Contractor with over 30 years of successful Luxury Residential and High-End Commercial projects. You will be based in Miami at the jobsite.
Description
- Manage project from pre-construction through obtaining CO
- Manage submittal's that are required to document the construction process.
- Coordinate and track project plans and permitting
- Manage project controls and financial's for project including change orders.
- Interprets plans and specifications to prepare proper building schedule and field installation.
- Manage the change management process, by updating logs, routing source documents to vendors, obtaining pricing, developing estimates and proposals, wiring change orders and other related activities.
- Establish, monitor, communicate, and maintain project schedules utilizing contemporary scheduling software.
- Maintain and regularly produce reports
- Assist at beginning of project with pre-construction and estimating
Profile
