Their projects, valued between $60M and $200M, feature wood frame, concrete, and steel construction.
Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - NoVA will be responsible for:
- Establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Keeping project documentation precise and current.
- Tracking project milestones and overall progress.
- Participating in and contributing to project meetings.
- Handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders efficiently.
- Providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - NoVA will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in construction.
- Experience with base building projects.
- Preferred background in multifamily construction.
- Degree in a construction-related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
