- Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, bid packages, and budgets for commercial retail interior projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and complete scope coverage.
- Conduct subcontractor outreach, pricing analysis, and scope reviews for interiors‑specific trades.
- Assist with value engineering, budgeting strategies, and preconstruction planning.
- Stay current on materials, finishes, fixtures, millwork, and market pricing trends in retail interiors.
- Collaborate with project teams on bid strategy and ensure smooth project handoff after award.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- Experience estimating commercial interiors or retail construction-Manhattan experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of finishes, millwork, fixtures, MEP coordination, and interior buildout sequencing.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑driven with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable building relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.
- A proactive, collaborative professional who enjoys working on fast‑paced, design‑driven projects.
