We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent with a proven track record in Tilt Wall construction to oversee ground-up commercial projects across the South Florida tri-county area. Description

• Oversee daily field operations on Tilt Wall construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to achieve seamless project execution.

• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies across the jobsite.

• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with project managers and ownership.

Profile

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a focus on Tilt Wall projects. They should have strong knowledge of concrete, structural, and commercial construction practices, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders on active jobsites. The candidate must be highly organized, safety-driven, and flexible to commute throughout the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties). Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
