Assistant Superintendent-Luxury Residential

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent with 5-10 years in the field to join a high-end residential construction team in Jupiter, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most exclusive luxury custom homes in the region, supporting the project team from groundbreaking to final completion.

Description

• Assist the Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities for luxury custom home projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure timely and high-quality execution of work

• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, quality control standards, and safety protocols

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions

• Support in managing project documentation, including daily logs, RFI responses, and change orders

• Serve as a point of contact for site-related questions from the project team and stakeholders

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in luxury residential construction, with a proven ability to coordinate trades and maintain the highest standards of quality. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. A proactive problem solver, they will thrive in a collaborative environment and be committed to delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Familiarity with high-end finishes, custom detailing, and coastal construction practices is preferred.
