Superintendent-Custom Homes
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site construction of ultra high-end custom homes ranging from $10M to $15M in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a high-visibility role offering long-term career growth with one of the region's most reputable luxury residential builders.

Description
Serve as the on-site lead overseeing all phases of custom home construction from pre-construction through final turnover
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedule and quality
Ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and safety regulations
Conduct daily walkthroughs, inspections, and progress reporting
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners to ensure seamless communication and execution
Manage jobsite logistics, materials, and site cleanliness
Profile
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on custom home projects valued at $10M+
Proven ability to manage complex builds with high-end finishes and custom detailing
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Deep understanding of high-end residential construction methods and sequencing
Local market knowledge and relationships with South Florida subcontractors a plus
OSHA certification preferred
Job Offer
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ($130k-$160k+)
