Superintendent-Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site construction of ultra high-end custom homes ranging from $10M to $15M in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a high-visibility role offering long-term career growth with one of the region's most reputable luxury residential builders.

Description

• Serve as the on-site lead overseeing all phases of custom home construction from pre-construction through final turnover

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedule and quality

• Ensure compliance with architectural plans, building codes, and safety regulations

• Conduct daily walkthroughs, inspections, and progress reporting

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners to ensure seamless communication and execution

• Manage jobsite logistics, materials, and site cleanliness

Profile

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on custom home projects valued at $10M+

• Proven ability to manage complex builds with high-end finishes and custom detailing

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Deep understanding of high-end residential construction methods and sequencing

• Local market knowledge and relationships with South Florida subcontractors a plus

• OSHA certification preferred
