Superintendent- Custom Home

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of ultra high-end custom homes from the ground up in West Palm Beach, FL. Description

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations for high-end, ground-up custom home projects

• Coordinate all trades and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site

• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and high-level finishes

• Liaise with owners, architects, and designers with a white-glove communication approach

• Track progress, manage schedules, conduct inspections, and document all site activity

• Resolve construction issues efficiently while upholding elite standards of workmanship

Profile

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience supervising the construction of high-end, ground-up custom homes, ideally in the $10M+ range. They must have deep knowledge of high-end materials, complex construction techniques, and detailed luxury finishes. Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills are essential, as is a proactive and solution-driven mindset. Experience working with discerning clients and high-profile projects is highly preferred.
