Superintendent- Multifamily Construction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in the Jupiter, FL area. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong track record in managing field operations from groundbreaking through completion on large-scale residential developments.

Description

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and timelines.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain consistent workflow.

• Conduct daily and weekly meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and update stakeholders.

• Enforce site safety and cleanliness in accordance with OSHA and company policies.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedules, inspections, and project documentation.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on ground-up multifamily projects.

• Proven ability to manage vertical construction on developments ranging from garden-style to mid-rise apartments.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with ownership and design teams.

• Proficient with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.

• Committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe and productive site environment.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000 - $120,000.
