The Plant Manager position is a crucial role responsible for overseeing all plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity within our client's precision machining environment. The Plant Manager role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of machining processes, LEAN manufacturing, and team leadership.

Description
- Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure optimal productivity
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in processes
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency
- Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained across the plant
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve company goals
- Manage budgetary and production KPI's
- Oversee the plant's quality control procedures
Profile
- A strong background in precision machining and LEAN manufacturing

Job Offer
- A competitive salary of $130,000 - $155,000, depending on experience
